The “SPOCOM Participant” file includes:
#1 A copy of the waiver. YOU MUST PRINT OUT AND FILL IN BEFORE YOUR CHECK IN SATURDAY MORNING!
#2 The list of Roll in times by Groups. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SHOW UP ON TIME AND FOLLOW THE MAP FOR DIRECTIONS ON ROLLING IN!

A lot of your questions can be answered below.
Important FAQ’s for your reference, PLEASE READ:
#1 Are canopy tents allowed to use by non-vendors?
No canopies are allowed other than participating vendors and sponsors
of the SPOCOM event.
#2 Even if we are not vendors, can we still display a table with flyers, wheel and/or parts display for our sponsors?
NO! Any type of materials for “display” or marketing is considered a vendor table. Even if nothing is for sale, this is NOT allowed.
#3 Can we bring food and drinks in a cooler since we are there the whole day?
No, food and drinks are not allowed. There will be a restaurant and bar on site for you to buy food. Please use our garbage recepticles and clean up after yourself and crew! Do not leave your garbage behind for us to pick up.
#4 I am not on the list, I paid and have registered! What do I do?
Its an easy fix, simply forward your confirmation email to firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP and kindly mention you are not on the masterlist but payment was made on the specific date. Please also print out a copy of your confirmation receipt when entering the check in gate Saturday morning.
#5 I would like to stage my car with my crew in another group, how can i do this without disrupting the check in process and avoid any hassles?
Simply come prepared with your receipt and show up with the group you choose to park with. Kindly tell check-in staff you were placed in wrong group and we can correct for you!
#6 Is there any more room to add another car to my line up? NO WE ARE COMPLETELY SOLD OUT!
#7 Is there a fuel level and/or batter disconnect rule being enforced for this event?
There is a rule of a no more than 5 gallons/ 1⁄4 tank is recommended.
#8 Can I arrive earler than my staging time to get a nicer location to park?
NO, placement is already assigned and arriving earlier will not change your location preferences. Make sure you arrive on time or your space will be filled with the next group of cars
#9 What time do vendors arrive?
Vendors arrive between 7-8:30am first before ANY participants are able to stage their cars. VENDORS BE ON TIME! IF YOU ARE LATE YOU WILL NOTBE ALLOWED TO STAGE SINCE CAR COMPETITOR PARTICIPANTS WILL FILL IN ALL SPOTS. If you arrive late, you will have to hand carry all your display / products inside the venue, due to the cars being in the way.
#10 Where do I park my trailer or two vehicle?
All Trailers and Tow Vehicles will pull into the same area as the staging. Please follow all parking rules inside the parking lot. You will have a pass to leave the premises at the end of the event so you will not need to pay for the spot.
