SPOCOM Hawaii Information Saturday, August 25, 2018 5pm - 11pm Blaisdell Exhibition Hall 777 Ward Avenue Honolulu, HI 96814 SPOCOM returns to paradise for it's eighth year... ...
Established in 2010, International Tuning Standard was created to set the bar for third-party automotive judging by introducing a system that ensures a fair level of competition for all automotive enthusiasts. Combining over 20+ years of automotive judging experience with extensive product knowledge, they provide a higher standard of competition in the tuning industry.
They bring a high level of professionalism and credibility to all of the shows they judge. International Tuning Standard has and will continue to partner up with events that they believe are committed to the excellence that is required to put on a first-class event.
While other events use different methods of judging, ITS holds firm in it’s methods and structure. Although a point system is instituted, our judge’s personal expertise and subjectivity are also used to determine our winners. By using a third-party judging team, SPOCOM is not an event that chooses are colleagues or friends as winners. ITS is a very fair and just panel that does not favor any one individual or group in their selections.
While judges may vary from event to event, SPOCOM still employs the best and most qualified individuals for their judging process. We feel that our competitors deserve the best and in turn try to deliver the best to them.
SPOCOM and ITS do not award multiple trophies to the same vehicle, meaning no competitor will win more than one award.
All award classes are dependent on participation and vary from city to city. We normally require at least 8-10 (PRE-REGISTERED) vehicles to create an award class. Exceptions can be made. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or requests.
*Categories are subject change. Some categories may be combined depending on participation (ex. Hyundai Class & Kia Class could be combined to form KDM class).
